ordered wristbands from amazon, but they didn't ship on time. found wristband man and it said 1 day delivery so i ordered. got a follow up email immediately after order, but no info info about shipping. didn't see anything about shipping/tracking on the site for my order. however, i also didn't set up an account. anyway, the wristbands came fed ex 1 day later so i was happy.
I love the quality of these products, I've ordered the lanyards and asked if we can change the background color. They were quick to send me proof to approve it. I got the product delivered within two weeks. It was a rapid turnaround. What I like best is that for the quality and it was inexpensive. I've bought from another vendor and paid twice the cost and it takes a month for me to receive it.
Exactly what we needed, quick service and quick turnaround time. A few of them were a bit difficult to separate but that only resulted in about 7 damaged ones out of the 1200 we used.
Ordered the cloth, blue, single use closure bands for our summer teen camp. The wristbands came out as expected from the proof provided. Matt responded within days and any changes he responded swiftly as well.
We did a large Easter Outreach at our church and used these wristbands to differentiate between age groups and the tabs for prize drawings. They were perfect. I just wish there were more color options, like perhaps something that wasn't neon.
